This rolled fondant is smooth and pliable and ready to roll and shape. It covers cakes with a perfectly smooth iced surface and is also easy to shape into beautiful borders, flowers, leaves, and other decorations. Made with gum tragacanth for optimum moulding qualities, the fondant can also be extruded through pasta forming equipment. The addition of chocolate stabilizes the fondant enabling the fondant-covered cake to be refrigerated. Chocolate flavour.
